Ocarins are very old wind instruments, traditionally made of clay. It differs from flutes in its closed chamber anatomy, which allows for low notes in small chambers (20 cm on average), in addition to the characteristic sound. The air exits through the holes or in the bevel creating a return and marking your timbre. We created ocarinas using the structure of the thicker bamboo and adapted the drilling of the notes to the scale of the Native American flute, thus we call our ocarina "Pocket NAF", ideal for taking on trips.
