The Shiva Flute features the Double Harmonic Major scale, also known as Hitzazkiar (Hijazskiar), in India it is the Bhairav scale in the North and Melakarta in the South (Carnatic music). With this powerful mystical scale ready on the flute, it becomes much easier to learn to play and create melodies of deep and dramatic sonority. Enter the transcendental atmosphere of ancestral Eastern music and let your imagination flow through wonderful soundscapes.
The advantage of the Shiva Flute lies in the ease of blowing as it does not require a special embouchure, just blow and practice the fingering to create beautiful improvisations!
The double harmonic scale features radial symmetry or symmetry around its root or central note. This scale (and its modes such as the Hungarian minor scale) is the only seven-note scale (in 12-tone equal temperament) that is perfectly balanced; this means that when its pitches are represented as points on a circle (whose full circumference represents an octave), its average position (or “center of mass”) is the center of the circle.
Merci pour l’envoi soigné, ainsi que pour votre travail et votre passion.
Je pense en recommander une deuxième, car je ne me lasse pas de sa sonorité.
